Everyone wants to get rid of their fat.
Today, the lifestyle of people has changed so much that they can not take care of their bodies. Stomach fat increases due to irregular meal and daily routine. 1. Banana and cumin
- According to Ayurveda, banana keeps the digestive system healthy. Provides power in the body. There are elements in cumin that dissolve fat in the body. We will show you how to mix these two things here.
- Make a small piece of banana and put it in the pc. Make the pc like butter. Now crack the cumin seeds on a bowl and bake it. Then get this cumin in the banana. Make sure to mix this mixture twice a day. This will make abdominal fat disappear.
2. Ginger, cloves, honey, cinnamon and lemon
- Take the first two cups of water. Heat a little water and add half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder to it. Then add four cloves and a small piece of ginger. Do not dissolve the water until it gets half. After the water gets cold, add one teaspoon of honey and half a teaspoon lemon juice and drink it. This boil will remove excess body fat.
- Do this twice a day in the morning. Exercise in the morning and half an hour before bed.
